The story of the house
In the former Vassa merchant's shop
Tõstamaa Handicraft Centre’s shop is located in the former house of the merchant Vassa, which was in its day also known as the Vassa shop.
Today, national traditions and the present day sit side by side in the shop. The selection features authentic and distinctive creations inspired by ancient craft skills, diverse nature and stories from the home region.
The most direct way to get to know the products of Tõstamaa’s craftspeople is right here, by stepping through the shop door. At other times, items can be purchased from the Handicraft Centre or through the online gallery.
Prices depend on size, material and patterns. Our masters also fulfil special requests with great dedication.
